F.A.S.T. (Functional Agility Speed Training)

Sports Conditioning

3 to 12 week program designed to develop speed, power, and strength.

Speed / Acceleration

3 to 12 week program to improve overall speed, running technique, and power.

Agility / Power

3 to 12 week program to improve overall quickness, vertical jump, lateral speed, acceleration/deceleration.

Return to Competition

3 to 12 week program for athletes recovering from an injury.

Group / Sport / Team Training

3 to 6 week sport-specific program for teams to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance, as well as speed, power, and agility. Group rates are available.

Fitness Maintenance

For a monthly fee, athletes can continue a fitness program independently, receiving instruction and/or advice from the staff.

F.A.S.T. Programs

All programs include a pre- and post-assessment and are tailored to meet your specific goals.

The Center for Sports & Fitness Enhancement provides comprehensive, professional, and effective care to healthy and injured athletes. Whether your goal is to enhance your performance or return to your sport after an injury, our programs are designed to meet your individual or group's needs.

Our team of physicians, physical and occupational therapists, strength and conditioning specialists, and personal trainers evaluate your fitness level to customize a strength and conditioning program to improve speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, and overall performance.

From the young recreational athlete to the professional, athletes of all levels benefit from our sports-specific and overall fitness programs. Individual and group/team programs are available.
