MCO’s Center for Sports & Fitness Enhancement offers a Golf Conditioning Program that improves the ability of the golfer by properly identifying and correcting biomechanical faults.
Golf biomechanics is a scientific approach to golf conditioning that focuses on flexibility, stability, strength and power. This improves consistency and accuracy and enhances distance. By correcting biomechanical faults, a golfer will maintain proper posture and synchronize all movements – resulting in a higher level of performance.
